COMMON INQUIRIES

Frequently Asked Carrier Questions

Clear, direct answers regarding payment flow, dispatch agreements, and equipment requirements.

Is there a forced dispatch policy?

Absolutely not. At FC Logistics, the carrier always retains 100% final authority. We present load opportunities with complete numbers and details; you decide whether to accept or decline. You are never penalized for saying no.

Do you work with new MC authorities?

Yes! While some freight brokers require 30 to 90 days of active authority, our dispatchers maintain relationships with reputable brokerages that enthusiastically book qualified new authorities with clean safety scores and active insurance.

How do payments and factoring work?

You are paid directly by the broker or your factoring company. FC Logistics never handles your load money. We invoice our modest dispatch fee separately on a weekly basis, maintaining complete accounting transparency.

What types of equipment do you dispatch?

We dispatch 26ft and 28ft box trucks, 53ft dry vans, refrigerated units (reefers), flatbeds, step decks, and power-only units.

How quickly can we begin booking loads after onboarding?

Once we receive your signed dispatch agreement, W-9, and Certificate of Insurance, our onboarding team verifies your profile within 2 to 4 hours. We can begin searching and booking loads the same day.
